What makes for an interesting story?
- Company financial results or other milestones
- Significant personnel changes and promotions
- Mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Facility expansions
- Giving back to the industry or your community
- Innovative approaches you are taking to workforce development
- Innovative ways you are leveraging technology throughout your business
- Insights on any of the key topics and trends AEM continues to monitor
If you think you have a story to tell, contact your AEM Account Success Advisor or AEM’s Mike Schmidt to pitch your idea or submit a press release. You could also send a link to any industry media coverage you’ve recently received.
Here is some quick advice on submitting a good press release, blog, or feature article:
- Maintain a straightforward, honest, and authoritative tone
- Be clear and concise
- Follow AP style guidelines
- Industry-approved terminology and jargon are allowed
- Avoid promoting specific products or services
- Avoid including information from or about competitive industry associations
- 400 to 800 words for news releases and blogs
- 1,200 to 1,800 words for feature articles, insights and analyses
- Include one suggested headline
- Including up to three high-quality images is also encouraged
