Agricultural Equipment Statistics Committee (AESC)

The Agricultural Equipment Statistics Committee (AESC) provides a forum for member companies to report and maintain market statistics for agricultural equipment in North America (U.S. and Canada). Reporting spans a broad range of product categories, including tractor and implement equipment, forage and harvest equipment, crop production equipment, precision agriculture technology, and agricultural equipment value reporting.

As one of AEM’s longest-standing statistics committees, AESC helps ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of industry data. The committee meets twice annually and may convene ad hoc working groups to address product definitions, reporting practices, harmonization initiatives, and other committee-driven decisions.

AESC also supports the ongoing evolution of the statistics program by reviewing product definitions, refining reporting classifications, and participating in alignment efforts across agricultural equipment statistics programs to maintain meaningful and consistent industry reporting.
