Beth Hinchee is director of global emissions regulatory affairs for Caterpillar Inc. and has held a variety of engineering, business and strategic leadership roles since joining the company in 1995. Alongside her global team of emissions regulatory experts, she works with regulators, industry associations, nongovernmental organizations and other stakeholders to help shape and interpret emissions regulations affecting Caterpillar's products and markets. Beth advises business leaders on emerging policy developments and industry trends and helps develop the company's positions on key emissions regulatory issues. She holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University and MBA degrees from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business and the TIAS School for Business and Society.
