Program Administrator

We seek a service-oriented professional who excels in dynamic and challenging environments to join our team. As a key member of the Market Share Statistics team, you will support our member companies through innovative program administration and strategic collaboration. In this role, you will lead and support key Statistics committees, serving as the primary or backup liaison. You will also administer member programs by facilitating confidential market data exchanges.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings by arranging and communicating details, preparing materials, and developing and distributing meeting announcements, agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
- Foster inclusive meeting practices to involve all members in the conversation, ensure productive discussions, and ensure all members’ voices are heard.
- Assist in the management of program budgets by tracking expenses and supporting financial planning.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong communication and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with member committees, data processor staff, and internal stakeholders to support projects and initiatives, driving program improvements and implementing new programs.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with program policies, procedures, and governance documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams as necessary to help identify member companies who may meet the criteria or eligibility to participate in statistics programs and assist in engaging with potential new program participants.
- Provide administrative support by managing website content, updating and maintaining the internal CRM system with company and contact details, managing store products, and performing other tasks related to program management.
- Occasionally travel to facilitate meetings, engage with industry leaders, and support program activities.
- Assist the department with tasks related to the market share statistics conference.
Requirements:
A successful candidate will hold a BS or BA degree in business, mathematics, economics, organizational leadership, or related fields, along with 4-6 years of experience in a professional market share statistics department or within a member company’s statistics reporting program or function.

- Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 4 trips per year for committee meetings and/or supporting program activities.
- Prefer proficiency in both Portuguese and Spanish, with a focus on Portuguese.
