Terry Dolan

Head of CNH Construction Brands for North America / CNH Industrial America LLC

Terry Dolan

Terry Dolan has over 30 years of experience in the construction equipment and industrial sectors. He rejoined CNH Industrial in 2021 and currently serves as the Head of CNH Construction Brands, Commercial for North American (CASE Construction and New Holland Construction Equipment). In this role, he is responsible for driving commercial growth in North America and overseeing product management for the Americas Region.

Terry’s career began in New Jersey with a large construction equipment dealer before joining CASE, where he spent a decade focusing on commercial markets. Over the next 20 years, he took on leadership roles in business development, M&A, and operations, working with major construction equipment and service brands.

He has been a member of the HAI (Hargrove Association Insights) Board of Directors for nearly three years, contributing his expertise to industry growth and strategic planning.
