Doug Griffin

Doug Griffin is a Partner at the global consultancy Kearney, specializing in construction and agriculture equipment. As a partner at Kearney and formerly with Context, he has worked with numerous Fortune 500, Global 1000, and private companies in consulting capacities. He has helped develop growth strategies, innovate business models, complete buy-side and sell-side transactions, and lead significant enterprise transformations. Before Kearney, he was a Partner at The Context Network, which Kearney acquired in October of 2024.

Doug’s career also spans two successful equipment companies, Caterpillar Inc. and AGCO Corporation, where he held various executive-level leadership positions, including experience in managing global commercial businesses, global product management, and sales channel development. Griffin has served on the Purdue University Commercial Producer Board and the University of Georgia College of Agriculture Dean’s Advisory Council. He has served as the Chair of the Alpha Gamma Rho National Board of Directors and is a National Malcolm Baldrige Fellow. He currently serves on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers Ag Sector Board.

Griffin holds an agricultural engineering degree from Purdue University and has completed advanced management training and executive leadership programs at Bradley University and Emory University, respectively. He resides with his family on their small horse farm near Ball Ground, Georgia
