This position supports the Community Content Team by providing excellent customer service and increasing member engagement. The duration of this internship is January-December 2025 at 15 hours per week, in person, during business hours.

This position supports the Community Content Team by providing excellent customer service and increasing member engagement. The duration of this internship is January-December 2025 at 15 hours per week, in person, during business hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Community Content Team with session and speaker management for trade show education programs.
- Ensure accuracy with session and speaker listings across platforms and Websites.
- Prepare speaker presentations and handouts for onsite.
- Tabulate program evaluation results and summarize written comments.
- Work in our CRM portal to manage prospect, current and past speaker data.
- Assist the C&I team with ad-hoc tasks as it relates to event planning for education programs at trade show events.
- Analytical reporting and customer database management
- Hands-on experience in session and speaker management for education programs
- Knowledge of AEM industries (construction, agriculture, mining, forestry, and utility equipment)
- Improved customer service skills
- Required skills to succeed in a business environment
- Microsoft Office programs and other systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel use
- Operating in an internal database
- Workshops on career-pathing, networking, resume building, Microsoft Excel, and more.
