Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator! We are looking to connect with service-oriented professionals who would enjoy variety and challenge within our Marketing team. This position will support content management, data analytics, email marketing, and provide other digital marketing services as an internal service provider.

Responsibilities: 
Email Marketing

  • Design and execute promotional emails, around 20 per month.
  • Conduct and advise on weekly and monthly email reporting, monthly lead generation reporting, and final event reporting.
Website Management
  • Manage website updates, around 10 per week, including uploading PDFs, update text, links, videos, and landing pages.
  • Utilize back-end interface to update products, work with vendors to resolve issues, and manage AEM store requests for internal teams.
  • Manage relationships with vendors for AEM store, Act-On, and Digital Marketing.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and Digital Marketing.
Education & Event Support
  • Create landing page and manage promotional emails for events.
  • Conduct post-event reporting and analysis.
Database Management
  • Maintain subscription management API with CRM.
  • Ensure list management and correct tagging of records in CRM system.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene.
  • Utilize SSO knowledge to assist committee members to support projects and share technical knowledge and user experience insights.
Digital Marketing
  • Cross-collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate timeline, budget, deliverables, and provide weekly metrics.
  • Assist the sales team with defining revenue driving sponsorship opportunities for web, digital, email, paid social, etc., and provide timely reports.
Requirements:  
A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, and be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong background in web content management.
  • Experience with email and digital marketing.
  • General understanding of Single Sign On.
  • Experience in coding (HTML, CSS), Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, content management systems, and email marketing automation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide internal and external customer service and collaboration.
A candidate will stand out with these additional skills:
  • Certification in Digital Marketing and/or Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with association or event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX design, KPIs, conversions and digital landing pages.
